Our Team
Sandra Carolina Seldes
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Carolina is the Chief Executive Officer of ITnova, LLC. She founded ITnova in 2011 in response to innovative software technology needs in the US. She has over 20 years of experience working with the government sector, including education, aerospace, defense, and transportation agencies. Carolina is an Electronic Engineer, and she has a master’s in finances. In addition, Carolina is certified PMP, CompTIA Cloud Essentials, ITIL v3, CompTIA Sec+, and currently works on the CISSP certification. Carolina loves spending time with her family, and she is a newly cycling addict.
Allison Mason
COO
Allison provides strategic directives for business growth and implements guidelines for efficient and effective procedures, while leading customer service initiatives. She is also responsible for overseeing ITnova’s client satisfaction, ensuring that ITnova has clear understanding of our clients, as well as their pain points, ensuring ITnova can provide the best service. Allie lives with her beautiful puppy, Maverick. She loves running, hiking, and everything that involves fitness, and she played D1 soccer.
Carolina Villegas
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Carolina is a member of the Business Development department developing new businesses and creating relationships. She identifies and qualifies potential opportunities with the Local, State, and Federal government. Carolina works with Allie and CEO, Carolina Seldes in the client management process, ensuring that ITnova has clear understanding of the current and potential clients, their pain points, and the ways in which ITnova can partner and collaborate to build long-term successful solutions. She is also responsible for overseeing ITnova’s marketing strategy. Carolina enjoys her multiple tasks, including the support to responses ITnova prepares for the RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, IDIQs, and more. Outside the office, Carolina plays tennis and exercises a lot. She is also in love with her puppies, Freyja, a Samoyed, and Thor, a Rough Collie. When time allows, she cooks for her family.
James Black
PROJECT MANAGER
Jim is the Project Manager that supports the implementation of best practices, management of stakeholders’ expectations, and the oversight of projects. Jim has a bachelor’s degree in arts from the Princeton University, and several certifications including ITIL V3, Scrum, and DCIS. Same as CEO, Carolina and CFO, Gabriel, Jim loves to go on a bike ride; though he is unable to ride from Maryland to California, where his “daughter lives, with his recently-born cute grandson.
Alex (Mike) Hartcorn
PROJECT COORDINATOR/IT
Michael is responsible for day-to-day IT support, which includes managing the company devices, maintaining our cybersecurity posture, and managing our MS Entra and 365 administrations. On the project management side, he is focused on communicating with all stakeholders, managing the projects, organizing site surveys, and designing and specifying any needed documentation. Michael is currently supporting a Security Hardening Survey, where he evaluates the
security and condition of the perimeter fence line and all access control doors at the PHL airport. He prepares documentation for the surveys, participates in the surveys themselves, and gathers and organizes the data gathered from the surveys. Additionally, he is an
avid Sim racing enthusiast and pickleball player, and hobbyist engineer.
Alex Rincon
PROJECT MANAGER
Alex is the Project Coordinator in charge of bridging communication channels between the technical team and the management team, while being part of the management strategy for creating practical solutions to ongoing projects. Alex works with Allison Hartrick and Carolina Seldes in developing feasible solutions for ITnova’s clients to ensure the accomplishment of objectives. Alex enjoys hiking with his family, and he loves indoor climbing with his wife and three kids. During his free time, he is usually driving his kids to their soccer games, where he cheers out loud from the bench like a true fan.
Alejandra Pardo
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Alejandra carries out the process of obtaining the necessary human talent for the different ongoing projects according to the specific needs in each case. Alejandra has ten years of experience in talent acquisition and learning and development processes. She is passionate about enabling people to shine in their environment according to their talents and abilities. In her free time she loves running and dancing, as well as spending time with her family.
Olga Raquel Cepeda
FINANCIAL ANALYST
Olga is responsible of ITnova’s accounting including periodic registry and consolidation and analysis of information for the financial statements monthly closure. She is a professional accountant with specialization in Marketing Management. Olga enjoys reading a good book, writing short stories and tales. In her spare time, she writes novels that she expects to publish in the near future. She loves hiking and spending time with her son, Miguel Angel.
Mariana Moreno
RECRUITER
Mariana is ITnova’s recruiter. She works together with the team in search of the best talent for different projects. Mariana is a psychologist discovering the organizational world and how psychology can contribute to it. Some of her hobbies are painting with watercolors, reading novels, and spending time with her family and friends.
Ricardo Salamanca
GRAPHIC DESIGNER / WEB DEVELOPER
Ricardo is ITnova’s graphic designer with over 25 years of experience in the management of technology tools that involve 2D, 3D, augmented and virtual reality, and streaming media graphic design. He is the webmaster of ITnova’s web portal. Ricardo supports the Marketing department with some visuals and great ideas! In his free time, he loves to travel and spend time with his wife and two children.
