Sandra Carolina Seldes
Chief Executive Officer
Carolina Seldes is the Chief Executive Officer of ITnova, LLC. She founded ITnova in 2011 in response to innovative software technology needs in the US.
Ms. Seldes has over 20 years of experience working with the government sector, including education, aerospace, defense, and transportation agencies. Ms. Seldes is an Electronic Engineer, and she has a master’s in finances. In addition, Ms. Seldes is certified PMP, CompTIA Cloud Essentials, ITIL v3, CompTIA Sec+, and currently works on the CISSP certification.
Carolina Villegas is the Operations Manager. She provides recruitment and operations support to ITnova. Her discipline and commitment have helped ITnova to grow and implement innovative internal processes. Ms. Villegas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Tulane University and Universidad de los Andes.
IT Innovation Manager
Ryanne Milani is the IT Innovation Manager, focusing on Research and Development of technologies including web development, accessibility, cloud, data analytics, Agile development, and cutting-edge technologies. Ms. Milani’s skills set includes communication and translation of complex technical requirements into easy and plain languages for users.
Operations and Project Management Officer
James Black is the Operations and Project Management Officer that supports ITnova’s projects by implementing best practices, managing stakeholder expectations, and keeping projects on track. Mr. Black has a bachelor’s in arts from Princeton University, and several certifications including ITIL V3, Scrum, DCIS.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Valentina Bohorquez is the Human Resources Manager. She supports the recruitment process and
the attracts, motivates, and retains the most qualified talent to ITnova. Ms. Bohorquez holds a
bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidad de la Sabana.
