Our Story
ITnova, led by CEO Carolina Seldes, was founded in May 2011. Carolina immigrated to the U.S. from Bogota, Colombia in 2010 with a background in electrical engineering, information technology, and finance. With a true entrepreneurial spirit, Carolina enrolled in classes at Towson University and Anne Arundel Community College (AACC), where she won a business plan competition that became the foundation for ITnova. Over the years, Carolina has utilized her expertise in technology to grow ITnova into the successful consulting firm it is today, with a focus on the aviation and transportation industries.
