Paid time Off
Full-time employees of ITnova receive paid time off. This paid time off is accrued over the course of the year. ITnova’s paid time off (PTO) policy has all leave combined into a single bank. PTO time includes vacation, personal time, and sick days.
Each ITnova employee receives all Federal Holidays off each year, plus an Employee Appreciation Day. Employees will be paid for these days.
ITnova provides BlueCross BlueShield’s CareFirst medical, dental, and vision insurance. ITnova covers 60% for the employee’s premium and 20% for the employee’s family member premiums. Benefits begin first day of employment. If an employee wishes to make any changes to his/her plan, open enrollment is available during the month of September each year. Enrollment opens September 1 and closes September 30. If an employee has a qualifying event during the year, an employee is eligible to change his/her plan outside of open enrollment.
Employees are eligible to contribute after 90 days of employment. Employees are eligible for matching funds after 1 year of employment. For eligible employees, ITnova will match a discretionary amount based upon the company’s performance for the year. ITnova’s 401(k) plan is reviewed and updated every year.
When referred candidates are hired and remain with the company for a minimum of 6 months, the employee that made the referral receives a $100 gift card of their choosing.
