Duties:
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of reporting solution for the Program Status and Phases.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the CCIR #8, Watch List and Mega Project Dashboard.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the Division Schedule Performance Dashboard.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the Division Cost Performance Dashboard.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the MP05: Project Beneficial Occupancy Date (BOD) Variance, MP06: Construction Contract Cost Growth, MP07: Construction Contract Time Growth, MP08: Project Financial Closeout.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the Data Quality reports for Performance Measures.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the placemat fact sheet data.
- Develop a Launch pad which allows for generation of the products listed in tasks 1-7, System Testing and Deployment of solution for the EDW MILCON DMR Launch pad.
- Develop training workbook and curriculum. Conduct 3 webinars from the HQUSACE office to MSC and USACE District locations.
- Develop Reports and Dashboards, System Testing and Deployment of solution Program Budget Advisory Committee.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must have extensive experience in project management, project support, project controls with earn value management, cost estimating, scheduling and risk analysis, data modeling, dashboard visualization, and with experience on complex projects.
- Must have extensive experience and capability using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Primavera scheduling software and analyses.
